Shipping Coverage 
We currently ship to all locations within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Order Processing Time 

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. 

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times 
We offer the following shipping options: 

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. 

Shipping Costs 
We offer flat-rate shipping based on the weight and size of your order to keep things simple and transparent:

• $10 Flat Rate – Applies to items under 2 lbs or shipped in standard-sized packaging.
• $15 Flat Rate – Applies to items over 2 lbs or requiring large packaging.

Order Tracking 
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. 

Shipping Restrictions 
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments 
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at customersupport@themasonmarketinggroup.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
