Returns and Refunds Policy 

Return Eligibility 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Returns are accepted under the following conditions: 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. 
  • Final sale items, discounted products, and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

How to Initiate a Return 
To start a return, please follow these steps: 

  1. Contact our customer service team at customersupport@themasonmarketinggroup.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  1. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a prepaid return shipping label via email. 

Return Shipping Costs 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label free of charge. 

Refund Process 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. 

Exchanges 
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us at customersupport@themasonmarketinggroup.com within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
